WHEREAS, the term of Patrick Duby as a member of the Manitou Creek Drainage District has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Patrick Duby as a member of the Manitou Creek Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on September 5, 2023.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Patrick Duby as a member of the Manitou Creek Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on September 5, 2023 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
