R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Lake County PASSAGE is a cooperative initiative of Lake County and IDOT to implement the federal initiative for the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) in Lake County; and
WHEREAS, Part 3 of PASSAGE will provide for the expansion of the fiber optic network, additional cameras, and connections to local police department dispatch centers
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $2,265,000 of ¼% Sales Tax for Transportation and Public Safety funds for the expansion of Lake County PASSAGE, including the fiber optic network, additional cameras, and connections to local police department dispatch centers and designated as Section 09-00268-08-TL.
