RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 33.035 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were called for by publication for Janitorial and Housekeeping Services at Various Lake County Facilities, and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said publication, bids were extended to 31 vendors; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from 11 vendors and opened via Zoom on April 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, Crystal Maintenance Plus, Corp., is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in the estimated annual amount of $237,470.
