Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) has received additional grant funding in the amount of $26,328 for the period May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022. The amount requested to be appropriated in LCFY21 is $15,358. The difference has been accounted for in the LCFY22 budget. This will continue to provide housing services for behavioral health clients and fund client rent.
Suggested Motion
To approve the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant funding of $26,328 and emergency appropriate $15,358 for LCFY21.
