RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Patrick Duby resigned from the Manitou Creek Drainage District; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Patrick Duby creates a vacancy on the Manitou Creek Drainage District; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Mary Handelsman as a member of the Manitou Creek Drainage District to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, beginning immediately and ending on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Mary Handelsman as a member of the Manitou Creek Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
