Proposed Revisions to the Lake County Community Health Center Governing Council Bylaws - Hoff

Attached for your review and approval are the proposed amendments to the Governing Council Bylaws. Per Article XIV - Amendments, these proposed changes were presented for review at the Governing Council's regular meeting on June 9, 2026, and are now being presented for adoption by a two-thirds vote of the entire membership of the Council. Following the June 9, 2026 meeting, the proposed amendments were reviewed by the Lake County State's Attorney's Office. Based on that review, minor wording revisions and formatting edits were made to improve clarity, consistency, and legal accuracy. These revisions do not change the intent or substance of the proposed amendments.
