· Miller Road, East of Kelsey Road: Construction Appropriation.
· Miller Road, east of Kelsey Road, will be improved by adding roadway embankment, shoulder gravel and landscaping.
· This improvement is included in the Division of Transportation's improvement program.
· Before a project letting can be held, an appropriation of $70,000 of ¼% Sales Tax for Transportation and Public Safety funds is necessary.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Miller Road, County Highway 2, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Miller Road, east of Kelsey Road, could be improved by adding roadway embankment, shoulder gravel and landscaping; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of costs for this improvement have been completed, and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $70,000 of ¼% Sales Tax for Transportation and Public Safety funds for the construction improvement of Miller Road, east of Kelsey Road, and designated as Section 08-00118-09-BR.
