We are requesting several line item transfers in the amount of $1,559,873 from Administration, Community Health Services, Environmental Health Services, and Primary Care. This request supports changes in budgeted spending plans needed for programs, changes in grant requirements, and other unforeseen circumstances and changes that have occurred since the FY08 budget was adopted. The attached document contains the account number detail and a description that explains why the line item transfer is being requested.
