Staff Summary

•                     The Public Works and Transportation (PWT) Committee adopted a set of Considerations and Principles Relating to Intergovernmental Agreements for Sewer and Amendments to existing agreements in April 2005 to assist in effective and efficient evaluation regarding decisions relating to sanitary sewer service.

•                     In light of recent direction from PWT, a review of this document was conducted with recommended changes included in the provided attachment.

•                     Staff will review language recommendations and seek input from PWT on content to be included in a revised document.
