WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Robert Magna, 641 W. Nippersink Road, Round Lake, Illinois, as a Member of the Lake County Sheriff's Office Merit Commission for a term ending December 14, 2014.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Robert Magna is hereby appointed to serve on the Lake County Sheriff's Office Merit Commission.
