WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Lake County Regional Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Scott J. Helton, 90 South Sheridan Road, Lake Forest, Illinois 60045, as a member of the Lake County Regional Planning commission for a term ending April 25, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Scott J. Helton as a member of the Lake County Regional Planning Commission for a term ending April 25, 2017 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
