•                     The existing Agreement for Sewage Disposal with the Village of Libertyville has expired and terms of an amended agreement are being drafted.

•                     The County provides wholesale sewer service to the Village by transporting flows through the County's Southeast Central Interceptor.

•                     The Village provides wastewater treatment services to the County at their Libertyville Water Reclamation Facility.

•                     Draft provisions of the agreement will be reviewed with the Committee for comment and input.
