* Wilson Road at Nippersink Road: Grant Township Road District Agreement.
* The intersection of Wilson Road at Nippersink Road will be improved, including: soil stabilization, correction of super elevation, adding retaining walls, reconstruction, resurfacing, and the addition of traffic signals and multi-use paths.
* As part of this improvement, Lake County, on behalf of Grant Township Road District, will construct a path along Nippersink Road, resurface Nippersink Road, and plant trees along Nippersink Road within the limits of the County improvement.
* Grant Township will reimburse the County for its share of this improvement, estimated to be $387,531.
* The Grant Township Road District approved this agreement on May 24, 2017.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Wilson Road, County Highway 7, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, the Grant Township Road District and Lake County believe it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Wilson Road at Nippersink Road could be improved by soil stabilization, correction of super elevation, adding retaining walls, reconstruction, resurfacing and the addition of traffic signals and multi-use paths; and
WHEREAS, this improvement includes the construction of a path along Nippersink Road, resurfacing Nippersink Road and planting trees along Nippersink Road within the limits of the County improvement; and
WHEREAS, the Township will reimburse the County for its share of this improvement, estimated to be $387,531; and
WHEREAS, Lake County and the Township are desirous of entering into an agreement stating the terms and conditions for the construction of a path along Nippersink Road, resurfacing Nippersink Road, and planting trees along Nippersink R...
