RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Ronna Streiff resigned from the Long Grove Fire Protection District effective October 1, 2023; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Ronna Streiff creates a vacancy on the Long Grove Fire Protection District; and

WHEREAS, trustees continue to serve until they are reappointed, or a successor is appointed; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Jennifer Michaud as a trustee of the Long Grove Fire Protection District to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, beginning immediately and ending on April 27, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Jennifer Michaud as a trustee of the Long Grove Fire Protection District for a term beginning immediately and ending on April 27, 2025, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
