RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the terms of Patrick “Sean” Ginty and Harold Wallin as members of the Ethics Commission of Lake County expire on August 9, 2024; and
WHEREAS, on January 17, 2023, this County Board amended the Lake County Ethics & Oversight Code to transfer Code responsibilities and authorities from the dissolved Ethics and Oversight Committee to the Financial and Administrative Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Financial & Administrative Committee requests that Patrick “Sean” Ginty and Harold Wallin be reappointed to the Ethics Commission of Lake County for one additional term, beginning on August 10, 2024, and ending on August 9, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Patrick “Sean” Ginty and Harold Wallin as members of the Ethics Commission of Lake County for a term of three-years, beginning on August 10, 2024, and ending on August 9, 2027, be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
