RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the installation of a Photovoltaic Array at 18 N. County Street Waukegan, Illinois, has been identified as a strategic initiative of the Lake County Board to reduce energy consumption, support sustainability goals, and enhance operational efficiency for County facilities; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were publicly called for the purchase of a Photovoltaic Array (PV) for the Waukegan Campus; and
