· Gilmer Road, at Wildlife Way, Intersection Improvement: Appropriation.
· Gilmer Road, at Wildlife Way, will be improved with the construction of a bypass along the north side.
· This improvement will be constructed by day labor forces from the Division of Transportation.
· Before materials can be procured, an appropriation of $80,000 of ¼% Sales Tax for Transportation and Public Safety funds is necessary.
· Each group of materials will be less than $30,000, and does not require a letting.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Gilmer Road, County Highway 26, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, the intersection of Gilmer Road, at Wildlife Way, will be improved with the construction of a bypass along the north side; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of cost for this improvement have been completed; and
WHEREAS, this improvement will be constructed by the day labor forces from the Division of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, each group of materials will be less than $30,000, and not does not require a letting.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $80,000 of ¼% Sales Tax for Transportation and Public Safety funds for the intersection improvement of Gilmer Road, at Wildlife Way, and designated as Section 13-00079-18-PW.
