WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Bernard Malkov representing Lake County as an employee of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office with a term ending on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Bernard Malkov as a Member of the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board for a term ending on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
