RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lake County has designed a complete replacement of the Parking Lots located at the Round Lake Beach and Mundelein Courthouses; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were called for by publication for the Parking Lot Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, electronic bids were received from three vendors and publicly opened via Zoom on May 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, Patriot Maintenance, Inc is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in the amount of $836,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with Patriot Maintenance, Inc. of Mundelein, Illinois, in the amount of $836,000 for the Parking Lot Replacement Project.
