WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Janet Swartz, 633 Hyacinth Place, Highland Park, IL, as a Member of the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission for a term ending November 30, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that that the appointment of Janet Swartz as Member of Lake County Affordable Housing Commission for a term ending November 30, 2012 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
