The Risk Management Plan is designed to support the mission and vision of LCHD/CHC as it pertains to clinical risk and patient safety. It addresses clinical operational and patient safety risks, as well as visitor, third party, volunteer, and employee safety risks; and potential business, operational, and property risks. This plan is an overarching, conceptual framework that guides the development of our patient safety and risk management program activities.
