RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the term of Lucille DeVaux, R.N. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board expired on June 30, 2026; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Sreya Alex, R.N. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2029.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Sreya Alex, R.N. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2029, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
