WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy as a member on the East Skokie Drainage District; and

WHEREAS, the vacancy has an unexpired term ending September 3, 2013; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of William Bogot to fill a vacancy as a member on the East Skokie Drainage District for a term ending September 6, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of William Bogot as a member on the East Skokie Drainage District for a term ending September 6, 2016 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
