RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in 2022, Lake County launched a Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program (C-PACE) to incentivize commercial property owners to make energy efficient improvements for their business; and
WHEREAS, on December 12, 2025, Millbrook II Offices entered into a C-PACE financing agreement at 475 Half Day Road, Lincolnshire, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the C-PACE Program Guidelines, a County Fee of $3,807 was sent by the Program Manager and deposited into the County’s General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that an emergency appropriation of $3,807 to the County Administrator’s budget Sustainability Division review is hereby authorized in the County Administrator’s budget as identified on the listing of expense and revenue budget modification attached hereto and made part hereof.
