· The drainage work is contiguous of the emergency work that was installed northeast of this improvement during the fall of 2011, and is part of the overall solution to the Four Corners Drainage Basin issues.
· A total of ten bids were received, ranging from $88,888 to $176,628, and the lowest responsible bidder is Acura Inc., Bensenville, Illinois, in the amount of $88,888.
· This resolution authorizes execution of the contract.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the Wilson Road Drainage Improvement, and designated as Section 10-00070-08-DR; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on January 29, 2013, at 10:00 AM at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
