•                     Lake County owns (2) two parcels of possible excess right-of-way along Butterfield Road, northerly of IL Route 176.

•                     There are two parcels that will not be utilized for county highway purposes and an adjacent property owner has expressed interest in acquiring both parcels.

•                     Appraisal of both parcels will cost $1,500.
