* The selected firm has a satisfactory past relationship with the Lake County Division of Transportation.
* This project is included in the Transportation Improvement Program with construction starting in 2026 and designated as Section 23-00128-09-BR.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Dilleys Road, County Highway 15, is a designated route on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, Lake County believes it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the traveling public to rehabilitate the Dilleys Road Bridge over Mill Creek; and
WHEREAS, Phase III professional construction engineering services are required for these improvements; and
WHEREAS, it is advisable that a consultant engineering firm be employed to provide these services; and
WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has selected a professional engineering services firm in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/1 et. seq.; and
WHEREAS, Alfred Benesch & Company, Chicago, Illinois, are consulting engineers skilled in the provision of these Phase III professional ...
