NSP3 - Substantial Amendment to the 2010 Action Plan
Staff Summary
• Lake County has received notice that it is eligible to receive $1,370,421 in NSP3 funds under the Dodd-Frank financial reform legislation.
• In order to receive the funds, Lake County must develop a substantial amendment to its 2010 Action Plan (attached).
• Staff will explain the proposed program and requirements.
• Upon approval, the plan will be put out for public comment for 15 days per HUD requirements.
• The final plan must be submitted to HUD by March 1.
