• The written standards were added for ESG were revised to include street outreach as an activity.
• New street outreach policies assure coordination with homeless service and housing providers through the coordinated entry system to assure a pathway to housing.
• Proposed standards were developed in collaboration with homeless providers and are approved by the Lake County Coalition for the Homeless.
