Staff Summary
· Analysis of Countywide Traffic Crash Location System and the Creation of Associated Database.
· IDOT - Division of Traffic Safety has terminated the 1994 agreement with LCDOT, which enabled the LCDOT to have manually geo-coded traffic crash data for the county highway system.
· A new county system is needed to access and process IDOT electronic data apply geo-codes.
· A consultant will be utilized to undertake design engineering services.
· This resolution appropriates $75,000 of Matching Tax funds.

RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT BY COUNTY
UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the County Board of Lake County, Illinois that the
following described County Highway(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:
