WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Wauconda Fire Protection District; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Gayle M. Niggemann as a Member of the Wauconda Fire Protection District for a term ending May 3, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Gayle M. Niggemann for a term ending May 3, 2010 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
