WHEREAS, the term of John Matijevich will expire on December 14, 2015; and

WHEREAS, with this expiration a vacancy will exist on the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Merit Commission; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Nick K. Gountanis as member for the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Merit Commission for the term ending December 14, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Nick K. Gountanis as member for the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Merit Commission for a term ending December 14, 2021 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
