WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission; and 

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Linda Pedersen as an alternate member of the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission for a term ending January 12, 2012.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Linda Pedersen as an alternate member of the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission for a term ending January 12, 2012 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
