Staff Summary

•                     The County Board approved a $20 M revenue bond issuance under agenda Item 39 at the August 10, 2010 Board Meeting.

•                     The August 10^th Ordinance included a list of Public Works projects that would be funded with the proceeds of the bond issuance and that project list has now been expanded. A complete listing must be included in the amended ordinance to allow bond proceeds to be used for all projects.

•                     This ordinance amends the August 10, 2010 ordinance and includes a listing of all Public Works projects that may be fully or partially funded from the bond proceeds.
