•                     Culvert Replacement:  Appropriation

•                     The corrugated steel culvert pipe culverts at York House Road and North DeWoody Road, Cuba Road at the Canadian National Railroad, Long Grove Road East of Ela Road and Wadsworth Road west of Sheridan Road are at the end of their useful service lives and are in need of replacement or repair.  

•                     Before a project letting can be held, an appropriation of $105,000 of County Bridge Tax funds is necessary.

R E S O L U T I O N

                     WHEREAS, York House Road (County Highway 65), Cuba Road (County Highway 42), Long Grove Road (County Highway 43) and Wadsworth Road (County Highway 17) are designated routes on the county highway system; and

                     WHEREAS, there are corrugated steel culvert pipes at locations on these highways ; and

                      WHEREAS, said culvert pipes are at the end of their useful service lives and are in need of replacement or repair. 

                     NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $105,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the above-said replacement or repair of the corrugated culvert pipes at York House Road and North De Woody Road, Cuba Road at the Canadian National Railroad, Long Grove Road East of Ela Road and Wadsworth Road west of Sheridan Road and designated as Section10-00999-12-DR.
