RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Deborah Lezon was appointed to the Wauconda Fire Protection District on May 9, 2023, per resolution # 23-0315; and
WHEREAS, there was a scrivener’s error indicating that the appointment term expires on May 5, 2024, and the correct appointment term expiration date should be May 3, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the error in the May 9, 2023 appointment needs to be corrected and the proper term for Deborah Lezon’s appointment to the Wauconda Fire Protection District needs to be set.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the termination date of the May 9, 2023 resolution # 23-0315, setting the expiration date of Deborah Lezon’s Wauconda Fire Protection District’s term to May 5, 2024, is repealed and the appointment of Deborah Lezon as a trustee of the Wauconda Fire Protection District shall expire on May 3, 2026, and the same is hereby confirmed.
