RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, there is a need to enter into a contract for window washing of Lake County Buildings; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 33.036 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, proposals were called for by publication for window washing of Lake County Buildings; and
WHEREAS, electronic bids were received from five vendors and publicly opened via Zoom on June 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the bid; staff evaluated all bids submitted and determined that the bid submitted by All Window Cleaning Services, of Hinsdale, Illinois, in the amount of $40,000 is the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with All Window Cleaning Services of Hinsdale, Illinois, in the amount of $40,000 for the Window Washing of Lake County Buildings.
