R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Waukegan Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the overlay of existing pavement with HMA and Surface Course on various streets in the Waukegan Township Road District, and designated as Section 17-16000-01-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 21, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
