Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center received an additional $100,000 in funding from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Lead Prevention Program for the period of July 1, 2026, through November 30, 2026. The additional funding will be used toward staff salaries and fringe benefit costs and to support the activities of the Lead Prevention Program.

To approve the Illinois Department of Public Health Lead Prevention Program and emergency appropriate $100,000 for FY26.
