WHEREAS, on September 11, 2007 the Lake County Board approved the formation of the Winchester House Advisory Board and appointments by the Chairman of the County Board thereto; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Patrick A. Lamb, R.N., 38793 N. Highway 45, Lake Villa, IL as a Member of the Winchester House Advisory Board for a term ending December 1, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Patrick Lamb as a Member of the Winchester House Advisory Board be, and the same is hereby confirmed, for a term ending December 1, 2010, or until his successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified.
