RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the ICJIA has announced an extension and increase in VOCA grant funding for the State's Attorney's Prosecutor Based Victim Services program number 215277, which will continue to support the program through December 31, 2017; and

WHEREAS, the Lake County State's Attorney's Office will continue to use this funding to provide advocacy services to the currently under-served sexual assault victim population through December 31, 2017; and

WHEREAS, the VOCA grant number 215277 has been extended with an increase in program funding of $19,103 and it is necessary to appropriate this revenue amount; and
