Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center received an additional $182,797 in funding from the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) Ryan White Part A grant for the period of March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027. As the only Ryan White Case Management service provider in Lake County, the number of referrals has grown necessitating an additional case manager. The additional case manager will be able to provide services for up to an additional 45 clients. This funds one new case manager, operational supplies, and training for 5 staff.
