New Client Wait List
As of May 21, 2025, there are 2,870 individuals on our general medicine new client waitlist, 2,594 adults and 276 pediatrics. These individuals are looking to establish care in our following health centers:
• Belvidere Medical Building: 36%
• Midlakes: 23%
• Zion: 16%
• Grand: 13%
• North Chicago: 7%
• North Shore: 3%
• Libertyville: 2%
The total new client wait list has been increased by 169 individuals, 116 adults and 53 children were added to the wait list since the May 13, 2025, report to Governing Council. There are currently 21 new patient appointment slots/week.
