· Before a project letting can be held, an appropriation of $1,460,000 of Matching Tax funds is necessary.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Ela Road, County Highway 60, is a designated route on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Ela Road from Lake-Cook Road to Cuba Road could be resurfaced; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of costs for this improvement have been completed and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $1,460,000 of Matching Tax funds for the resurfacing of Ela Road from Lake-Cook Road to Cuba Road and designated as Section 09-00144-16-RS.
