                     FY 2010 Miscellaneous Maintenance Materials and Services, County Bridge Tax and Matching Tax: Appropriation

                     Before materials can be ordered or work can be done using the County Bridge Tax fund or the Matching Tax fund a project appropriation is needed.

                     This resolution appropriates $30,000 of County Bridge Tax funds and $30,000 of Matching Tax funds for miscellaneous maintenance work in FY 2010.

 

Body

WHEREAS, Lake County by and through its Division of Transportation maintains approximately 295 centerline miles of designated county highways on the county highway system; and

 

                     WHEREAS, Lake County by and through its Division of Transportation needs to acquire highway maintenance materials and services from time to time; and

 

                     WHEREAS, in order to acquire necessary maintenance materials and services, an appropriation of funds are required for each fiscal year. 

 

                     NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County that there is hereby appropriated $30,000 County Bridge Tax funds and $30,000 of Matching Tax funds for FY 2010 acquisition of materials and services needed to maintain drainage and bridge facilities, pavements, shoulders, guardrails, fencing, and right-of-way and designated as Section 10-00000-02-GM.
