ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, per the 5 ILCS 220/3.1 Municipal Joint Action Water Agency it is required that the Director and Alternate Director of any joint action water agency must be appointed by Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of an Ordinance approving the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency and the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement, it is necessary to reappoint a Director and Alternate Director to serve said Agency as representatives of Lake County; and
WHEREAS, the terms for Jennifer Clark as Director and John Wasik as Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency expired; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Jennifer Clark as Director and John Wasik as Alternate Director on the Board of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for terms beginning immediately and ending on April 30, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointments of Jennifer Clark as Director and John Wasik as Alternate Director on the Board of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for terms beginning immediately and ending on April 30, 2027, be, and the same are hereby confirmed as set forth in the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement.
