•                     This ordinance proposes establishing SSA 17 and providing for a public hearing on June 22, 2016 to consider providing special services in the nature of providing a financing mechanism for private road repair, reconstruction, and/or maintenance in the Ivanhoe Subdivision Phase III.

•                     To consider the levy of a direct annual tax within the proposed SSA 17, as described sufficient to produce up to $480.00 per lot annually for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) years.
