WHEREAS, Burl Nader had retired as a member of the Lakeside Cemetery Association on June 23, 2012; and

WHEREAS, the retirement of Burl Nader as a member of the Lakeside Cemetery Association created a vacancy for the term of July 2, 2012 through July 1, 2018; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Shelley Pasma as a member of the Lakeside Cemetery Association for the term ending July 1, 2018.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Shelley Pasma as a member of the Lakeside Cemetery Association for a term ending July 1, 2018 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
