Amended Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center Purchasing Policies and Procedures - Johnson

 

Body

Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) is seeking to amend its Purchasing Policies and Procedures.

 

The amendment adds language to specify that LCHD/CHC will give preference to small, minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms in procurement opportunities funded by federal grants, as required by 2 CFR 200.321.

 

In addition, the amendment updates staff titles to reflect current reporting structures.

 

Suggested Motion

To approve changes to and adopt Amendment #6 of the LCHD/CHC Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
