Additions to the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center Employee Policies and Procedures - Hagstrom

The Human Resources Director has worked with each of the service areas to develop three new policies which will provide consistency throughout the agency and address various employee situations that have recently arisen. The Personnel Committee met last month and reviewed these policies and recommends approval. The policies are attached for the Board’s review prior to approval.

To approve the Identification/Security Access Card (Section 2-19), Attendance (Section 3-11) and Timekeeping (Section 5-10) policies and adopt them as part of the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center’s Employee Policies and Procedures.
